Step 1 Sign in to Blogspot
Go to http://www.blogspot.com where you have to sign in with a Google Account. Enter Email ID and password to sign in.If you do not have a Google Account then create new.
(Note :For the first time, when creating a blog, there will be 2 options
1) google plus
2)blogspot profile
from which you have to select 'google plus'option.)
After signing in, click on the 'New Blog' option.
Step 2 -Give a title & fill information
You can name your blog related to the topic that you want to create a blog. Give a good title to the blog. After that, the blog address has to be filled. For example : http://yourblog.blogspot.com. You can fill in your title in blog address option.
Now you have to choose a theme for the blog. You can choose theme related to your title and click on 'Create blog' option.
Now your blog is ready.Now copy your blog's address and paste it in the address bar so that you can check if your blog is live or not.
